Apply generously prior to sun exposure. Reapply as needed or after swimming, towel drying, perspiring heavily or washing. For external use only. Consult a heath care practitioner prior to use on children less than six months of age. Discontinue use if skin irritation develops.

While my Medicinals are natural and safe I recommend doing a spot test first to make sure you have no adverse reaction. To do this, drop/rub a small amount on the inside of your wrist.
