CANADA
Parcels are shipped using Canada Post and take approximately 6-10 business days. Tracking is included only on Xpresspost. If you would like a shipping upgrade, please contact us for a quote.

USA
Parcels are shipped using US Post and take approximately 6-10 business days not including customs. Tracking is included only on Expedited Parcels. Any orders over 1 kg will be shipped using Expedited Parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Surface Small Packet is the most economical option. Be aware it can take 8-12 weeks not including customs to arrive. This option does not include tracking, so once it heads to the post office there is no way to track the package. If the item gets lost or is not delivered we cannot refund the cost. If you would like a shipping upgrade please contact us for a quote.

In order to keep costs down and be Eco-friendly we use recycled packaging products as much as possible.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds on ANY Apothecary Items or items that have been lost in the post. International Customers be aware we do not do tracking for your orders. We only accept return and give refunds on items that have been received broken or damaged, and only after items have been sent back to us. The return shipping is at your own expense.
